Jiggly Cheesecake

 Jiggly Cheesecake inspired by GBBO I made 2 small ones. It’s a bit of a faff, but worth it! 




Ingredients Cream Cheese 100g, tablespoon of butter, 3 tablespoons of milk, 50g Caster Sugar 100g, 3 eggs separated, teaspoon of baking powder, splash of vanilla essence and Lemmon juice, 50g self raising flour.  

Method;  melt cream cheese with butter and milk. Mix well and let cool.

In a separate bowl mix 3 egg yolks with 25g sugar, lemon juice and vanilla essence. Mix in cream cheese mixture. In a separate bowl whip The egg whites into stiff peaks, add 25g sugar slowly.

Fold egg whites into the other mixture. Use a metal spoon. Pop into your well greased pans. Bake in a water bath for 15 minutes on medium.
