Curry Loaf

I’ve changed the recipe to include more vegetables and I’ve left out the rice. So no carbs.

I used a tin of chickpea dahl with grated sweet potato and cauliflower florets topped with red onions.

Standard recipe is normally packet of curry rice, made up, when cool add 4 eggs and tin chickpea dahl. Add tablespoon of mango chutney for a sweet taste. Bake in a loaf tin for 45 minutes.
