Walnut Coffee Loaf Cake, my favourite cake.
Not much left, it’s delicious, but very moorish.
I made it using a typical sponge cake mixture, but added 3 tablespoons of a very strong coffee essence.
Sponge Recipe
3 eggs
125g softened butter or margarine
125g self raising flour
125g caster sugar
Splash of vanilla essence
2 tablespoons of milk
3 tablespoons of Coffee Essence
Handful of Chopped walnuts
